Palmy Men was created as an online hub, so that men in Palmerston North could access what THEY wanted to access.
Some men just wanted a space to hang out and socialise. No agenda, no structure. Just hanging out with other men.
Some of our men however, needed support and safe spaces to speak about specific issues that men deal with. Like Fatherhood, and issues with their wives and relationships. Even work related issues, and of course mental and physical health.
And finally, some men wanted structured programs and courses that provided actual solutions to the issues they were asking for support for.
So, below, you can choose what you need, and when you click that button, there will be a list of individuals and organisations that specialise in that particular lane.
